Children usually spend their time very actively. But adult's life style doesn't ensure them enough training.
They go to work by car or train, almost all day they spend in work, behind the desk. After work they are very tired so they usually all evening watch tv on the airchair.
Some people don't believe that this is very unhealthy life style.

But most of us know that everybody needs training, bacause it counteract obesity, help you to win with stres.

Physical activities are very important for our phisical and intellectuall health.
Training's forms can be really differentiated from slow jogging to gruelling gimnastic. One think is very important: you have to train regulary.

During last centuries life become easier and more comfortable.
People live in comfortable houses, wear warm clothes and produce machines which help them in hard activities.

Primeval man had to be skill, bacause it was helping them survive. Members of developed countries have got more and more free time. Unfortunately, they spend it watching tv or drinking beer in a bar. It is very sad.
