CARBOHYDRATES

Carbohydrates are the main donor of energy. There are two types of energy which digest human's food - sugar and starch. they are almost in every natural food like fruits, vegetables, milk and grain products.

A lot of starch is in bread, rice, corn, wheat and off course in patotoes.

We hear everywhere that we should limit eating sugar. But it is very important ingredient in our diet. It is reduced with fat in metabolism.

In metabolism the carbohydrates are decomposed on glucose.
It gives an energy or they are stored in organism.
