SOMETHING ABOUT OUR BODY
Human's body is made of this what its eat.
If you want to have health body , you should give it health food.
The food(and your body) contains: fat, vitamins, water, carbohydrate albumen, proteins, fibre, calcium etc.
We need albumen because it is the element of our organism. It is necessary to grow and develop. That's why we should eat cheese, milk, eggs, fishes and meat. To be health we need vegetables, too.
You can correct functioning your heart, lungs, joints and brain. You should train every day. You can do this in school on sport lessons, in the gym or on backyards.
Grown-up people don't have time to train in work or house. So, they should train after work to have healthy organism.
When you start you should train with specialist in the gyms. You can swim, ride a bike or jogging in your free time. They are the most popular sports for amateurs.
When we have proficient body, we feel well. Your brain is more active , you sleep better and you are immune from illnesses. Now you can see that there is so much thinks you can do for yourself.
