The Church of Peter the
Metropolitan
The church of Peter the Metropolitan, located not far from the Red Square ,was built in 1595 on the place of the wooden church of the same name, dedicated to Peter the Metropolitan, supporter of inclusion of Peter the Metropolitan, supporter of inclusion of Pereslavl-Zalesskiy in Moscow principality. It is interesting as a hopped structure. It reminds a fortress tower with all its appearance. The bell-tower of the church belongs to the 19th century .
