In dark and stormy nights the Coo advances in vertical or oblique flights, until the solitary house of field of a small village; approach to the window, weakly illuminated for the delicate light of a candle, of a [titilante] lighter; shakes us wings and hit the glasses with them; for instants stops, attracting the attention of the sick person that lies in his humble bed, and that of his relatives, that frightened they nail the view in the window, because they know that that sinister figure, announces through its moving and sparkling eyes, the verdict of the witchcraft, that is to say the fatal and next outcome of the convalescence of the sick person. |
