Helen Keller                                                                                                        (1880-1968)     

She was less than two years when she was                                                                                  

stricken by  a brain fever that left her blind, 

deaf and mute. But she didn't give up, she fought                                                                       

for her life. She learned how to read, how to speak                                                                        

went to school, graduated from college and                                                                         

became a well known lecturer all over the                                                                                 

world! That's why we call her "The Miracle of                                                                             

the 20th Century"
