only good thoughts is the saint. The saint causes for the others a spiritual balance: peace, safety, and happiness.
      In Lapus and in the Historical Maramures as well, when a star falls people believe that an unbaptised child died and then the peasant tries to bring him a natural estate, to save him from the danger of becoming a wraith, saying:" Baptize him, Lord, baptize him, if it is a boy-John, if it is a girl-Joanna ", because he believes in the magic power of the word.
      The positive word becomes an exorcism. The negative one becomes a doing or a curse. The man sowing his thought he will pick up the action. He sows the action and picks up a habit. Sowing the habit he picks up a character. Sowing a character he picks up a fate.
      Among so many temporary things, the thought is a sign of the eternity. The magic practices of all times have worked just because they were supported by the power of the mind. The thought is a universal remedy.  The miracles, the sudden recoverings can be explained by the action of the thought, of the suggestion and self-suggestion. The strong thoughts start the feedback:" The culture of the mind  has a great importance. According to the yoga practitioners the mind is the most powerful known on Earth, but a force meant to serve the good and the mankind.
The thoughts are measurelessly  fast and their effect as such. Most thoughts can be said to be contagious and the species of contaminations can be unlimited. The condition is the word. The good word transmits positive motions to others whereas the bad thoughts can cause pain. Shivanan said:" people prepare their death by bad thoughts. The world got lucky as the primordial thought was a creative one because the earth was unfixed and deserted. Above the depth there was darkness and the Holy Spirit was floating over the waters, and God said:" Let there be light and it was light /…. / and god said:" Let there be a hard part in the middle of the waters and set them apart, and so it was." Everything was done by God's thought and word.
     The Bible is the first document about the magic power of the word. It is self evident that in a magic practice the gestures and the objects are useless unless they are loaded with the magic power of the ideas. Our informer in Baba repeated several times that some exorcisms are dangerous because the power of issuing good and bad thoughts must be understood and controlled. An exorcism has to be positive by definition. A bad thought is reflected from other  with a triple power compared to the initial power. Thus the quality of a boomerang can be applied to the thought; if a bad thought was loaded with hatred it will get back still loaded with hatred, if it contained a curse it will get back as a curse.
   The bad thoughts work faster then the good ones. A word cast at random can do much harm. A mother who is angry with her child can punish him inconceivably roughly by saying a word recklessly. Thus the curse that comes from the mother is said to be the worst of all.
