Does Quantum Mechanics promote us ?

J.A Wheeler, a famous American physicist proposed the idea of participator. He argued that quantum mechanics promotes observer to participator. It joins participator with system in a "wholeness" (as Niels Bohr called it) or "non-separability" quite foreign to classical physics.

Note : The insertion of a position-measuring device prevents the installation of a velocity- measuring device, and vice versa.
