  In terms of more unique services, the Ugandan post office features a collection and delivery service between the major learning institutes in Kampala, the central Uganda capital. In addition, the Ugandan postal system features a special PostBus service. The concept was most probably based on the idea of having a Boeing Combi aircraft, in which passengers and cargo can be carried together for better efficiency and profit. Similarly, a PostBus mail-passenger service operates between the major towns of Uganda from the capital.
