The postal service in Jamaica is run by the Government and is part of the Post
and Telecommunications department.

Their main role is the collection, processing and delivery of letters and
parcels. They also manage the telecommunications licenses.
Future
Goals
Recently and further into the future the postal service has aimed to provide
better quality services, such as introducing quality standards, quality of
service checks, and the incorporation of a storage center for mail items.

and delivery of letters and parcels as well as account information operations.
Post Code
The Postcodes in Jamaica consist of one or two digits and only apply to the city
of Kingston (e.g. 10 or 8).
