  The postal service is 98% owned by the Government and 2% by the employees. The Inter-professional Collective Agreement has governed it since May 1991.

Main Role
  Their main role is the collection, sorting, and delivery of letters and parcels. They are the only public postal service that processes letters up to 0.5kg and parcels up to 2kg.
