Present Operations
  The postal service is 98% owned by the Government and 2% by the employees. The Inter-professional Collective Agreement has governed it since May 1991.

Main Role
  Their main role is the collection, sorting, and delivery of letters and parcels. They are the only public postal service that processes letters up to 0.5kg and parcels up to 2kg.

Future Goals
  The Côte d'Ivoire postal service is attempting to restructure and modernize the industry. They are placing more focus on management and providing services that the public requires in a reliable manner.

  Services provided by the postal service are letter and parcel post as well as money orders and other financial services, express postal services, and electronic funds transfers.
