  The national post office of Burkina Faso has been a state-run company since November 1994.

Main Role
  The postal services they are required to provide are a letter service and a service for parcels up to one kilogram, on which they have no competitors.

Future Goals
  The government is still fine-tuning the running of the postal services and places an emphasis on management functions.

Services Provided
  They provide letter and parcel services throughout the country, sell stamps and letter and postal products, and provide a place to pay bills.
