Goals
Botswana plans to adapt the postal system to further meet the needs of the
customer. They are trying to do this by becoming a more commercial business.

Provided
The
postal system is required to provide a letter and parcel post service throughout
the country. They also sell stamps, phone cards, and other postal items as well
as providing a place to pay certain bills.
