This part of the site is designed to provide factual information on the interesting lives of famous artists. These artists have left behind a legacy that no one will ever have the power to destroy. Their works will stay forever and continue on their odyssey through time. Our featured artists section includes a timeline on the life of the artist, a review of the time period in which he or she lived in, and pictures of their infamous pieces. Stylistic Characteristics will be thoroughly explored.

As you may have determined before, the focus of this site is not on da Vinci or Van Gogh, which are popular artists. Here, a quarry of artists is concocted from different periods of time and different areas of Europe. Their names may not ring a bell, but their accomplishments are just as applaudable as of those that are recognizable.

In modern day, art becomes unnoticed. This is due to the continous development of photography. Artists once thrived to create pieces with the utmost realism. Now, we can see that realism doesn't matter anymore. We see abstracts that so bizarrely expresses feelings without words. We also see intelligent experimentations with color and light. To people that don't know much about art, it can hardly be conceived that art could be intellectual. Yet, it is, and it has led the propaganda power in countries for years.
