Subject: Lucid- Swimming PoolMessage: this is my first semi-lucid dream experience at some point in the dream I realized I was dreaming (I think I saw one of my dreamsigns). Everytime when I know I was dreaming I would get too excited and wake up. The same thing happened. My heart was beating quickly. But this time I started spinning (spinning keeps you from awaking, but also increases the chance of false awaking). My spirit left my body and I saw myself spinning, the scenery then dissappeared and I see only lights and darkness. The bottom part of my vision is pure dark and the top part is colourful aurora, bright and shiny. I keep saying to myself "This is a dream, this is a dream", hoping not to lose lucidity. This vision dissapeared about 5 seconds later and then I'm in a swimming pool. I closed my eyes and tried to imagine myself floating, because one of the main features of lucid dreaming is being able to fly. I did not succeed, probably because I forgot to jump in to the air first. After that I think I lost lucidity and followed the dream. Our highschool (DBS) had a swimming competition. Only 3 to 5 people were chosen between around 200 students. 50 students went into the pool and whoever got to the finish line first can go to the finals. It was my turn and I jumped in (I don't swim well) I suddenly realized I had a lot of items with me, so I dropped them on the side of the pool. We began swimming when the whistle sounded. This time it was a massive trafic jam. Students at the front swam very fast and they swam backwards after they've reached finish line. I was walking in the water trying to get through. The coach lined us up in files and we have to wait for other students to "walk" to the finish line and we went after them. When we started, most of the people left and there is no longer water in the pool. I ran back and forth 3 times and I left too. I picked up all the items I left on the pool side, there seems to be more items I picked up than I dropped. I went out in search of my car (I don't remember drying my body). I couldn't find it. I woke up.

I was riding a bike down hill and it goes faster and faster. I was riding it until I reached a hill, and on the other side of the hill was desert. Near where I stood were some spiders, lying in the sand. I jumped backwards, hoping the spiders wouldn't wake up, and as I reached the highest point of my jump, my body stopped falling. I was standing in the air and that's one heck of a sign that I was dreaming! This time my heart didn't beat as fast so I hesitated, but I decided to do the spin anyways. I saw the light again, but this time it isn't the colourful aurora anymore. Instead I saw two white light that looks like a pair of eyes(and I realized that it was actually the sunlight coming through my eyes) . Again I kept telling myself this was all but a dream. Everything turned dark and a big round sign in silver occoured. I couldn't remember the details about the sign, but some area of the sign was shining. I couldn't remember the rest but I'm pretty sure I lost lucidity again... sigh...
