Pluto
Pluto este planeta cea mai indepartata din
sistemul solar.
Are un diametru mai mic de 2500 km, este de
proportii mai reduse decat Luna.
Se crede ca este format dintr-un nucleu de
roci, inconjurat de un invelis de gheata. Suprafata sa ar putea fi acoperita
cu azot si metan inghetate.
Planeta are o atmosfera rerefiata, ce contine
metan. In 1978 i s-a descoperit satelitul Charon ce are diametrul aprope jumatate
din cel al lui Pluto.
