Pasoptistii -The Generation from 1848 Romanticism

Romanian poetry and prose from 1830 ahead is under the influence of european romanticism.

            Writers like: Alecsandri V, Russo A, Negruzzi C, Radulescu I L, Alexandrescu G lay the baris of Romanish modern literature.

            Romanish literature, of the generation from 1840 forms a distinctive note the cultural European moment milieu, offering examples of mixing classic and romantic elements this providing originality to the writings.

            The representatives of the national popular trend would create a modern literature on the boris of the essential coordinates fixed by the Programme article of the magazine “Dacia Literara”.

            Cousidereded the manifest of the Romanian romanticism – the three sources of inspirations: history nature and folklore – but also the coordinates of classicism: the critic of the epoch’s vices.
