We have collected some of the information from all over this site into printable notes in Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) format. Also included here are the handouts and activities listed in the lesson plans that we designed.

To download them to your own computer, you will have to right-click (CMD-click for Macs) on the link and select ‘Save Target As...’ (in MSIE) or ‘Save Link As...’ (in Netscape).
