Rheia

Rheia was the wife of the evil and devious Kronos and a mother to the Olympians, which were: Zeus, Hestia, Hades, Poseidon, Hera and Demeter. If it weren't for her help, Zeus would have never had the power that he had. Kronos swallowed his first child as it was born, but Rheia tricked Kronos when the sixth child was born by substituting a stone for the infant, which Kronos swallowed. Zeus was hidden from his father and raised by Rheia in secrecy until he was old enough to fulfil his own destiny. One day, while hunting, he ambushed Kronos and kicked him in the stomach so hard that the aged god threw up all the stone and the five divine, undigested gods and goddesses. Kronos was punished for this and sent to the Underworld. Rheia was rewarded for her kindness and was held high by all the Olympians.
