Hestia

Hestia is a Virgin Goddess who spent most of her time on Earth among the mortals (instead of being on Olympus). Although she was not involved in any myths, she played a vital role in the daily life of the Greeks. In fact every city had a hearth dedicated to Hestia with an eternal flame burning in it. She also protected the orphaned and lost mortal children of Earth. Hestia was one of the only goddesses to show kindness towards the mortals. To show appreciation, the Greeks sang hymns to her, "There could be no feast of plenty if the first and last libations of sweet wine were not poured in honour of Hestia."

Along with her following virgins, Athena and Artemis, they were the only ones unaffected by the love spells of Aphrodite.
