Teachers and counselors, you have one of the most important and difficult jobs in the world. You have the power to help students rise to their full potential. You have the power to change their lives with knowledge, helping them discover their own educational paths. We're proud of you!

Develop your school's career center - You live in rural Alaska and your career center is a bookshelf in a corner office. Come here to learn how to develop your school's career center so you can help your students better. You will find that it doesn't have to take a large resource room  to make a big difference in your students lives.

Plan a Financial Aid Night - A lot of students have the potential to go to college but don't have the funds to pursue it. Don't let any student miss out on this opportunity. You can change their future by pointing them in the right direction to tap into the billions of dollars of financial aid that are out there.

Teach life skills - What skills will your students need to survive life outside of high school? We don't expect you to teach us how to do laundry and cook macaroni but it might be nice if we knew how to write a good resume.
