College Interview

Call your colleges housing department to see what you will have available in your room. This will give you a good idea of what you need to bring. If possible, get your roommate's name and phone number and call them prior to meeting them. Not only will that establish friendly relations between the two of you, it will also ensure that you don't end up with two refrigerators and no television. Also, don't buy anything that you can just as easily buy there. It will be less for you to haul there and will make your new local Wal-Mart very happy. Items marked with an "(a)" are especially for those living in an apartment as opposed to the dorms.
