Hi, welcome to AfterHigh's career database! We've collected over 200 common careers from 11 categories. You can choose either a category from the left
navigation bar or the text bar at the bottom, or you may search for a career using the search field also to the left.
Our search engine searches only the 'name' and 'description' fields of the database to speed up queries. Common words such as "and, by, career, is, etc." are
removed from queries so more accurate results are returned. After the common words are removed, the query is stripped down to three words, also to speed up
queries. Searches are not case-sensitive.
The information in our database is open domain from the U.S. Department of Labor's "Occupational Outlook Handbook."
