VI-Sound Pollution:

Sound pollution has become a problem recently. Loud noises resulting from increased activities lead to the production of abnormal sound waves that cause pollution of the environment. Modern civilization uses many machines producing many loud noises that cannot be tolerated for a long time without disease effect. For example, aero planes, various means of transport, various machines in factories, air conditioners, radio and television, all produce intensive sound waves which can lead to deafness. Also nervous disturbances, heart diseases and digestive disturbances together with headache and prolonged exhaustion can occur. They lower human productivity and affect man's behavior.
