2-Control Measures of Food Pollution:

 

    a- Proper washing of vegetables and fruits that are eaten fresh, in addition to proper cooking of food.

 

    b- Preservation of food against decay.

 

    c- Periodic medical examination of cooks and waiters who deal with food, and subjecting them to bacteriological analysis in order to make sure that they are free of diseases.

 

    d- Combating insects especially flies and keeping food covered all the time.

 

    e- Getting rid of any spoilt food.
