History of UFO's

UFOs started in a Bible story. The Book of Ezekiel is an account of a prophet who saw a peculiar vehicle descending from the sky shooting streaks of lighting. Then, in a hurricane of sand, weird, four-winged and four-headed creatures emerged from the vehicle.

Other sightings have been reported in ancient periods. In 329 B.C., the soldiers of Alexander the Great was said to have been attacked by soaring 'silver shields' that descended from the sky. In 214 B.C., a Roman author Livy, described an unusual 'flying altar' towering above the Italian countryside.

In the Middle Ages, many scholars told of strange beings and unknown devices. In 1561, 'cylindrical shapes from which emerged black, red, orange and blue-white spheres that dart about' in a 'very frightful spectacle', Nuremberg in Germany encountered this. In 1566, the same sight was seen in Basle in Switzerland.

Of course, these reports have not been proven to be true.

Some people think that some of the planet's greatest monuments were built by aliens, simply because man were supposedly not capable enough to. In Easter Island, many have said that man were not able to move such big slabs of rock around. Archaeologists though have proven that they were perfectly able.

In Nazca desert in Peru, there are peculiar markings that from far look like drawings of animals, flowers etc.. But these were drawn over 2000 years ago. This strange phenomenon has not been explained.

In the present, more than 10,000 sightings of UFOs are reported every year. In the early 1970s, UFO investigators made lists of all reported landing cases. There were 923 recorded in USA and 200 in Spain. Reports are mostly consistent.

But there have not been any reliable photographs, movie films, or tape recordings of aliens, or any artefacts manufactured in anther world. There is nothing except testimony. There has been many photographs and a few movies but the majority are fake. Those genuine are usually blurred or too far away.
