First of all, it is necessary to explain that, although an act can be painful, it can still be pleasurable. Now, there are some people who delight in receiving extreme pain. They are called masochists. There are others who enjoy delivering extreme pain. They are called sadists. 

The term "sadist" does not come from the word "sad". "Sadist" is derived from the name of Marquee De Sade, a rich French gentlemen who lived a long time ago apparently with a penchant for things "exotic", if you get my meaning.

The existence of these kinds of people has led to the birth of a whole new industry selling stuff like whips and leather outfits. A further explanation of this kind of sexual experience, however tempting for me to dwell on, is beyond the scope of this document.

My point is this: Some people have strong desires in certain fetishes. Normal people have much weaker albeit similar desires. Hence, the introduction of "pain" kissing. The "pain kiss" is simply a tiny bite, a love nip.

Now, let me clear up some misconceptions about pain kissing, otherwise known as "necking". 

You are not a vampire. 

You do not approach her like some Count Dracula and sink your fangs into her delicate neck. 

You start kissing her the same way you would ordinarily kiss her but instead of closing your lips, you leave them slightly open and then take a gentle nip into either the nape of the neck, the cheek or even perhaps the lips. A word of caution here. Firstly, don't bite too hard and secondly, necking invariable leaves tell-tale bruises on her neck.
