Conversing For Maximum Attraction<<Read
the Guy
version
It's a myth that guys look at beauty alone. Sure, a pretty face might
get you through the front door, but that's about all, really. Guys
look for someone to relate to, someone they can pour their hearts out
to. Guys want someone they feel at ease talking to, because 50 years
down the road, when you're both old and gray and even reaching for
that bottle of Viagra seems a chore, conversation is all you have
left.
Don't Be Discouraged
If you try talking to a guy, and they
snap back at you, don't be disheartened. Instead, follow up with
something like, "You must have had a real bad day at work, want
to talk about it?" This shows that firstly, you genuinely care
about him and secondly, it allows him the opportunity to tell you
what's on his mind. It gets a lot easier from then onwards.
Ending The
Conversation
There's an art to ending a conversation
too, you know. When ending the conversation, keep these three
objectives in mind. One, the conversation needs to end on a light
note. Two, you need to show that you want to get back and continue the
conversation some other time, hinting at the possibility of a date.
And three, you should strive to end the conversation before you run
out of things to talk about. That way, you avoid the awkward moment at
the end when you both stare at each other and smile sheepishly, not
knowing what to say.
You could say something like,
"Hey, thanks for the coffee. Loved the cappuccino. I'm afraid I
really need to get going. What about if we continue this conversation
some other time?" or even possibly, "Wow! That was
interesting. Want to grab some lunch and see a movie tomorrow?"
