Feelings Of Guilt

<<Read the Guy version

I guess it's natural to feel at least some guilt. I mean, I'm sure the sight of your boyfriend, erm, correction, ex-boyfriend wasting away in loneliness and despair is bound to tug your heartstrings.

Why Feel Guilty?

He deserved it, the jerk! Even, if he didn't deserve it, all's fair in love and war. Here are a few reasons, all a little on the extreme side, to convince you that you are doing the right thing.

  1. You're saving him from paying all those huge legal bills during your divorce.
  2. Lower life forms like him do not deserve you.
  3. He's free. Single men like being free. It means potato chips and Monday night football. He should thank you for it.
  4. He can pursue his dreams, unrestrained, unburdened by a girlfriend.

The bottom line is this. All's fair in love and war. If you see nothing in a relationship, there's no point in staying on. You're doing both yourselves a favor.
