Dumb Dating Mistakes Women Make
<<Read the
Guy version
As always, there are lots of potential pitfalls one might stumble into
when dating. Learn to avoid them like the plague.
Setting Unrealistic
Expectations
We all know what kind of men we like.
They have to be tall, dark and handsome.
Therein lies the problem, 99% of the
time, men fall way short of your expectations. To be fair, it's not
their fault, it's just that sometimes, your expectations are much too
high. They won't be the Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise or James Bond of your
dreams, they're just ordinary people like you and me.
Not Being Yourself
Lets imagine for a moment that you're
dating this really huge hunk of a guy. He does pushups for breakfast
and expects you to do the same.
Pretending to be some sort of
superwoman won't help. It might get him to like you initially, but
sooner or later he'll find out your true self. If you can't get him to
accept you for what you are, then how can you expect him to stay in a
relationship.
Not Telling Him The
Truth
If you don't think he's Mr. Right, then
say so! In a nice way, of course. If you think that the both of
you are not compatible, you can do no wrong by speaking up. It'll save
loads of heartbreak afterwards.
Asking For Too Much
Too Soon
Men are scared of commitment. It means
giving up their freedom, their right to do as they please. It's not
that they are unwilling to settle down, it's just that you need to
give them time. Talking about marriage in the first six months could
possibly ruin your chances forever. Asking him to go steady on the
first date is wildly inappropriate. Let things go at a steady pace,
and you won't be disappointed.
