What is Veganism

What is Veganism

Veganism is a strict form of vegetarianism. A vegan is one who does not consume any animal products including all dairy products and eggs. Many vegans do not believe in using leather, wool, honey, or any products which contain slaughterhouse ingredients. In addition most vegans prefer to use shampoos, cosmetics, and cleaners that have not been animal tested. Although it is very hard to eliminate all products that contain animal substances, vegans strive to find alternatives. Not every vegan goes to the extreme of eliminating all products made from animal source. The basic form of veganism eliminates all meat, dairy, and eggs. Many people consider vegetarianism to be sufficient. A vegetarian does not eat any meat, but will use dairy products and eggs.

No matter how strict you are or are considering, Vegan 2000 will give you the resources you need to have a healthy lifestyle.
