Distribute themselves by spores, formed asexually

Structure: Cytoplasm with many nuclei in it, lines the cell wall - a continues tube of chitin no separate cells.  Inside the cytoplasm is a continous vacoule.

Nutrition:  Roots branch through food using digestive enzeymes and absorbing products:

Common Moulds:

Rhizopus                 Mucor

(mould on bread)     (mould on dung)

 

Mushrooms and Toadstools are also common types of fungi yet they exist in a more damp and mosturizing climate.
