INTRODUCTION TO MATTER 



Matter is the name for anything in the universe.

Matter cannot be created nor destroyed.

Matter is made up of particles so tiny it is impossible to see them even with the most powerful electron microscope.

Essentially, there are 3 states of matter: Solid, Liquid, and Gas.

Each state of matter has distinct characteristics that make it unique, and thus each state behaves differently relative to the others.
