Search Options
To understand biology, you must understand some of the key terms that are
used to describe biological phenomena. To help you understand the contents
provides in this site, we have designed a search option that is easily
accessible to you in the left column of the website. You may use the search to
look up a particular term, to search for specific contents in the website, or
just to search the internet for related sites. We hope the following instruction
will give you a good introduction to the features of our search option.

The three types of searches are as follows:
Glossary - This option allows you to search for
definition of terms in the online glossary.
Website - This option allows you to search for contents
in this website.
Internet - Can't find it here? You can now search for
things on the internet.
If the above three options still don't give you the result you
want, you can click on "Advance" to bring up more advanced search
options. We try to guarantee satisfaction.
Wildcard Search
The search option allows wildcard searches! If you remember a
word but you are not sure about the spelling, you can input a portion of a word
followed by an asterisk. For example, if you want to find out about the word nucleus
but you forgot the spelling, you can input nuc* and the search engine
will return all words beginning with nuc and you will be able to find the
definition for nucleus.
