ENTJs want instructors to present material clearly, and are interested in models of how system works. They are stimulated by complex material, and sees possibilities beyond their present studies. They use knowledge to make things happen.
They like to establish a study schedule and follow it rigorously, and will organize study groups and keep everyone on task. They read practical material to learn how to be more efficient or productive, and will write first drafts expediently from a brief outline. Thy need to revise final drafts by expanding on ideas presented too hastily, and qualifying overly blunt statements.
They like to attend athletic events and take charge of campus groups. They prefer an organized, responsible, hard-working roommate, and have trouble fitting dating into their busy schedule. They are hard driving, even at play; like competition.
Maybe they are frustrated by others who don't meet deadlines, and impatient with those not willing to follow their well-made plans. They may put excessive pressure on self and others to perform, and may make quick decisions without enough information. They may not notice early signs of stress.
They are naturally one of the most assertive of the types in college, and are good at staying organized and feeling in control. They need to be willing to rethink decisions and gather more information, and need to listen to others instead of pointing out flaws
They need to plan some time for recreational activity.
