Predicting Earthquakes

Scientists are able to predict when an earthquake will strike in a certain area by observing the ground movement changes. With these predictions, the seismologists are able to forewarn the people in that area. However, lives can only be saved if the people co-operate with the authorities and evacuate the area immediately or take necessary precautions. If they do not co-operate, we can be ensured that many will die.
