This site is about Chinese food and its customs. It's a topic that few people seem to know about. Even some Chinese people may not know about these customs themselves. Also, we have noticed that there isn't much information on this topic, whether it's in books, on the Internet, or just some little bit of information in the cookbooks. The few books and stuff about this topic that can be read by foreigners aren't really up to date, and some of the concepts aren't totally correct. The books in Chinese aren't any better off.
