If there is one host and one guest of honour, the sitting arrangement will usually be like this:

The host sits facing the door, while the guest sits on his right side.

If there are two hosts and two guests of honour:

One host sits facing the door, while the other sits opposite him. The two guests will each be seated next to one of the hosts.

If there is one host and two guests of honour:

The host sits facing the door, and the two guests sit on either side of him.

As for the other people, they don't have a specific sitting arrangement to follow.
