[Demonstration Kitchen] Simmering
This method takes a longer time to get cooked. The food simmers in a tightly covered saucepan. When the temperature of the water reaches 100oC, lower it to 95oC by turning the lever of the stove.
Food suitable for simmering: congee and soup
