All-in-one method:
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat. The sauce will thicken as you stir and cook it.
Blending method:
Blend some flour with a little cold water and add the mixture into the heated liquid. Boil the whole mixture and stir it constantly to thicken it.
