[Demonstration Kitchen] Preparing Food

But before cooking the dishes, we should learn the preparing skills first. Therefore we now introduce to you some basic food cutting techniques which are usually done by the cleaver.


  • SLICING: food --> thin, flat pieces





  • SHREDDING: sliced --> fine, narrow strips





  • DICING: food --> square pieces of 1 to 1.5cm





  • CRUSHING: Food -->break with broad side of cleaver
