[Demonstration Kitchen] Grilling

Since food is cooked by dry heat in grilling, people usually place food on grill racks to cook them nowadays. Heat is radiated from the grill to the food, but as the food can be easily dried out, it is recommended to brush a little oil onto the food before grilling it.
