[Demonstration Kitchen] Baking

Baking, which can give color and flavour to the food, also relies on the convection currents formed in the heated oven. Since a sudden drop of temperature can cause cakes to sink, it is not advisable to open the oven door when unnecessary. Unlike the other kinds of cooking methods, no fat or oil is needed in the process.
