| As the name suggests, the sweet-and-sour pork has that strange mixture of flavours in it. To make this dish, you have to marinate the pork for one hour first. Then you have to deep fry the pork, and keep stirring it in hot oil. When the pork turns crisp, it is taken out. After that, you stir fry some peppers and pineapples and add the sauce.
