From homo sapiens sapiens to the formation of China. Agricultural development led China to the success in food production. As China expanded its boundary, other Western foods began to emerge into China. Tea became more and more popular and various Central Asian foods were brought into China. As China stepped into the 20th Century, there were several changes in its cuisine.
