Welcome teachers to "The Edible Journey Through China"! The Teacher's Corner is sort of like an information centre for you if you want to find something for your class.

For recipes, go to the Recipe Archive. You can also upload images, etc. to our server, and post recipes. You can ask your students to go up to the Recipe Archive to view them. There may be some background information in Regional Cuisine too. In Food Avenue you may also find some background information on special kinds of food.
