Wlodzimierz Iliicz,. Ulianov (1970 – 1924) Creator of Bolshevik party, first leader of Soviet Russia. Had studied law at Kazan University. Actively participated in work of Marxist’s organizations. Few times arrested and deported to Siberia or exiled abroad. Member of the Social Democratic Workers Party of Russia. He manage the revolution 1905-1907. Organizer of the coup d'état in November (October, old style) 1917 called October Revolution. Chairman of government – Council of People’s Commissar. Main Bolshevik strategist in civil war 1918 – 1921, introduced devastating politics of war communism. His legacy is called marksism-leninism.
