1nd phase - the development of the Soviet state

The revolution of 11 and 12 March 1917 (26 - 27 January according to the former calendar) put an end to the existence of Tzar's Russia. Three days later, on 15 March, Tzar Nicholas II abdicated. A new democratic Russia was born. An outburst of the October Revolution on 6/7 October of the same year replaced democracy by a communist system.

2nd phaseThe Stalinist Period

On 17th Party Congress in 1934, which was referred to by one of its participants as “the Congress of Victors”, the end of socialism and the consequent beginning of communism were announced.
