1^nd phase - the development of the Soviet state

The revolution of 11 and 12 March 1917 (26 - 27 January according to the former calendar) put an end to the existence of Tzar's Russia. Three days later, on 15 March, Tzar Nicholas II abdicated. A new democratic Russia was born. An outburst of the October Revolution on 6/7 October of the same year replaced democracy by a communist system.

On 17^th Party Congress in 1934, which was referred to by one of its participants as “the Congress of Victors”, the end of socialism and the consequent beginning of communism were announced.
