What is nazism?

Nazism – National Socialism, Hitlerism. 

At the very beginning political movement, ideology. Since 1933 when Hitler took power after winning in parliament elections, state system – the Third Reich. Nazism totalitarian system, is considered to be a kind of fascism. The nazis party was named the National Socialist Party (NSDAP).  Nazism proclaimed radical racism. As every totalitarian movement build his identity through the fight with enemy. Nazi enemies were: Jews, communists, liberals. The movement mobilized his followers by introducing the fight into realization. Hitler as Fuhrer  – chief command got absolute power, whole nation have to assemble around him. Majority of German society support Hitler and his ideas. Nazism leaded to World War II, mass genocide, holocaust (shoah) of Jews. After World War II Hitler’s against humanity criminals were penalized and denazification  processes took place.
