Effect
You place a coin in the center of a white
neckerchief. You then fold it into a diamond. When you open
it, the coin has disappeared.
Notes: The coin can be a borrowed
coin and your sleeves can be rolled up.
Materials
1 white handkerchief
1 coin
soap
Preparation
You soap up the upper right hand corner of
the handkerchief so that it is sticky.
Performance
When folding the handkerchief, you first
fold in the soaped corner so that it sticks to the coin.(you
should quickly press them together) Then fold the other corners
counter clock wise in the same fashion. when you open the
handkerchief, grab the two upper folds in the middle. Then
slide your hands to the corner. Then let the coin drop into
your hand. Then drop it into your lap.(the handkerchief is
always touching the table so the drop is not seen) Then show
both sides of the handkerchief, and then your empty hands.
